You said: You don't sound like a humble lowly man. You sound like an
arrogant and deluded pseudo-christian occultist. Perhaps you want to
work on your image a bit.
I say: You should read all the writings of the apostle Paul then. He
sounds a lot like me. :-)
No, you are trying to sound a lot like him. Which is one reason why you
sound like an arrogant and deluded pseudo-christian. However, I dont
think
Paul ever claimed, as you do, to use divination by bibliomancy, did he?
That's what makes you sound like an occultist.
You said: At least, that's what you were told by using your occultist
divination
technique. Oh, the lies of Satan! They can be so beguiling, so
flattering.
so comforting, right up until you are well and truly damned.
I say: Cuming from an atheist.
Why would you presume that I am an atheist? Did you divine it in a
crystal
ball, maybe? Perhaps some familiar spirit whispered in in your ear?
Nowhere in those scriptures you cited is
there anything that says that you can not pray to the Almighty Father
YEHOVAH for answers and open your Holy Scriptures for the answer and
that is "divination".
And you'll find no descriptions of indoor plumbing either. Does that mean
those pipes in your house don't serve that purpose? The bible is not a
compendium of all there is, was and ever shall be, un complete and
unabridged detail. You cannot say something doesn't exist sijmply because
it isn't mentioned in the bible specifically and literally.
Bibliomancy is divination. You can shout out "Lord, Lord!" all you like,
but what you're doing is occult divination, plain and simple. Jeremiah
14:14 says it quite well. "Then the LORD said unto me, The prophets
prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them,
neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and
divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of their heart."
There are many prophecies in the Holy Scriptures
that fortell the future.
And how many of them have proved to be worth a damn up to now? About the
same number as yours have I think. And those of the JW's Christadelphians,
Mormons et al. Perhaps you should learn Greek and Aramaic and go back ti the
opriginal text, the ones we have now are so far corrupted by mistranslation
(deliberate, incompetent or whatever) as to be meaningless to anyone except
a true (and rather dim) believer.
