They hide to stay out of our affairs unless they are asked to
help....remember the policy of non-interference in Star Trek...well
it's real....and they can be right in your face but since they can
pulse their craft and their bodies in ultra violet energy and higher
they can stay invisbile unless they lower their frequency....and if you
would like some proof please let me know....
