None of the above.  It's all about money and two classes of people:

1.  those who have the means by which to steal other's money

2.  those who do not have the means by which to steal other's money

The US government has nothing what so ever to do with governing, but rather
is a vehicle which is providing the means by which a group of people can
misuse government property and authority to make themselves personally rich.

It's pretty simple.

It's about stealing.
