Twice-baked potatos and BBQ is our speciality of the house here. But we
are open to the half-baked. If you have some good recipes, please post.
One has to wonder though, if the half-baked might be a bit too raw for the
average posters taste. And, does it work best with red-skin, or just your
basic Idaho brown?
