Very simple my dear watson.  The population of the Earth Doubles every
20 years, and the human race becomes a space faring race, they'll fill
every gap in it.

I don't expect that aliens really care about Earth, as a planet to live
on.  It human technology, and their presence in space over time that is
bothering the aliens.

I don't believe this at all. It does not compute, nor does it make any
kind of real sense?
The earth, and this universe are moving all the time, so how is it bothering
the aliens?
