Above top secret.com are currently locking down all discussion around
the discovery which links Bill Ryan who owns the serpo.org website, and
the Department Of Defense and the Defense Information Systems Agency -
both US.


Headers from Bill Ryan's comms indicate that the DoD and another intell
agency (DISA) are at the very least monitoring all comms coming out,
and to, Bill.

This is perhaps strange for the fact that Victor Martinez does NOT have
any DoD spooks on his trail.

Only Bill Ryan.
