When an electrical field is created in a coil, it is dipolar in nature,
and induces a magnetic field, also dipolar, at right angles to the
electric field, each representing one plane of space. The third plane,
completing the triad, is the quadrupole (in effect) gravity / levity
field, without which three - dimensionality is impossible. 


Basically, any magnetic field, that is changing in intensity, will
create an electrical field, which at any given instant, is equal in
amplitude, opposite in sign, and perpendicular to the magnetic field. 


The two can be controlled to become resonant , forming a third field .

As we know, in synergy, one plus one equals three. One plus one equals
three? How? 


Synergy or synergism most often refers to the phenomenon of two or more
discrete influences or agents acting in common to create an effect which
is greater than the sum of the effects each is able to create
independently. 

Because two conditions always produce a third. The third condition is
not necessarily the two that produce it. . 


If one condition operates one way and another operates another way, and
when they join in resonance, you have another condition and their sum is

This third field, or Control Field Vector Force, a form of the Motional
Electric Field; (Gravity) may go unnoticed, unless the amplitude, and
resonance is high enough, and then this field gets incredibly strong and
increases in amplitude and resonance, faster than the electric and
magnetic ones that created it. 

Also this created field has a gravity characteristic of projected mass,
that can be sent in the direction of travel, or reversed, with no G
forces, as everything motional is contained within the shell of the
spaceship , and the ship itself is motional. 

Since the system that produces the Control Vector Field (gravity field)
is part of the ship, an oscillating  continuing field, whose center of
attraction is just ahead of the ship's center of mass will be
maintained, so the ship will accelerate toward this attraction, as long
as the gravity field is generated, in any direction. 

This also gives us control of the attitude of the craft with respect to
the given field.
