I've been in contact too.  I seem to change into one type or another
from time to time.  So I believe you.

I imagine myself to have brush-like compound eyes and instead of
hands and feet I have prehensile talons in one alien form but at
present I'm human. Other forms I feel I use have mamilian eyes. My
star is 1000 light years away and is stable we are part of a glactic
federation and we invite new members on the basis of qualifying
technology but also on the personality of the inquiring species such
as agression and dominance traits. We dress in golden clothes for fun
and sometimes wear golden helmets but usually a shirt and skirt, the
colour and signiture will depend on rank or work, but we work for
pleasure and loyalty we have no money, slaves or hired labour, we are
free, but we do have elected and selected Kings and vote about our
collective courses of action.

The Sirian beings are mentioned, they are said to be man like snakes,
I would imagine this means a snake like head with a body having arms
and legs but with a short tail such that they stand upright, possibly
leaning foward to balance the tail.

The greys are like insects with a hive economy where a queen has these
worker animals with their elliptical compound eyes, as illustrated, I
am not a grey.

There are also the reptile like type with shiny black skins with
little sharp teeth and strong clawed hands like four fingerd talons
and fully opposable fifth finger. They live on a planet orbiting a
star only ten light years away. These are in the spears and arrows
economy.

There is a civilisation on a planet in the Alpha Centuri System and
another orbiting Tau Ceti but these are not into space travel yet.

I entered the tunnel of death too and entered the kingdom of light
but I was given the choice, I could stay in this kingdom, free of
pain and everything beautiful, or return and live out the remainder
of my life to look after Mum and possibly marry.  I made my choice
and the doctor said "he's not dead" after being certified deceased by
the nurse as the moniters of heartm blood pressure and breathing
showed no activity for hours, they rang Mum, I head her say "we lost
him during the night, you can come and collect his clothes, we can
arrange a funeral".

I think that this armageddon will not happen, but food is short in
many places and Islam is strong and the Christians have declared
death to all who ignore or deny Jesus was God, but reason will
prevail and we shall step back from the brink or general warfare all
over the world.

A new source of power and alien intervervention will save the human
race from extinction, we will have to agree on a happy way or
reducing our global population or Ghia will do it for us.

Ever heard of "People Meat"? - I'm not into eating people, cows are
ok by me.

Otherwise it will be "A whole day's pay for a slice of bread" the
siren said so, its coming unless we collectivly do something.

the Zeta Reticulans in project SERPO.  You will find an account of
these ET's
on a government web site where some US army personnel were taken by
arrangement to their solar system and planet 38 light years away.
