ROFL.  Satellites can't be used in space anymore, there's too much space
junk knocking them out.

A chip of paint in orbit can kill a satellite.

That's why the telecommunications industry if adamant that HAARP lensing of
the upper atmosphere provide the method to bounce signals around the globe.

And with that comes the ionization of the upper atmosphere which is causing
global weather destruction.
