There are many aliens of widely varying body plans and chemistries and they 
vary in their understanding of what is to them alien life.  To some the 
human race is just another animal on a fairly ordinary planet, to others it 
is a fun tourist spot to watch these funny animals (like humans watch the 
antics of monkeys) as entertainment and to others it a valuable piece of 
real estate and to others it is valuable species to add to their empire or 
for the human animal to be distributed as pets or slaves.

So also is the technology of the ET species, it varies. The anul probe is to 
find the diet the human lives on, like biologists, the vaginal probe or 
gynelogical investigation would be to investigate the reproductive process 
and possibly to obtain eggs and sperm to grow human babies externally for 
biological investigation (this violates laws relating to the treatment of 
sentient beings) but some aliens deny that human beings are actually 
sentient and they are very cruel to each other anyway much like lions are to 
their prey.

To must ET the human race is no more a person that a gorrila or an orang 
utang or gazelle or some swan or something, but you are known as very 
dangerous.

Consider the way humans treat rabbits in animal testing laboratories, well 
aliens are only doing those sort of experiments as a routine investigation 
of life forms of planets around the stellar neighbourhood.

When you realise that space travel is quite easy when you have the 
technology and that other species will only take notice if you srand up for 
yourself with understanding of what you are dealing with then your setient 
rights will be respected.

However you spend so much time blowing yourselves to bits and doing similar 
experiments described in the article to each other  that respecting your 
rights is not high on the list especially since most alien captives on earth 
are subjected to similar treatment.

You know the law "I won't vaporise you, you won't vapourise me".

Altruistic behaviour regarding another species is actually very rare in the 
universe and in that respect human beings and ourselves are exceptional.

However most sentient animals do have a respect for life overall.

You know the Joke "I bought this solar system as a nice settlement for my 
tribe, but I found you here, sorry I just got to clear you out to make 
room".  "It's not difficult to put in your objection you have 500 years to 
do it, just call up the ombutsman, he's only 1000 light years away, do you 
want a lift?  Take me to your leader, oh sorry you havn't got one!".

How can you tell the truth to a tribe that when spoken to by one of our 
species that the human thinks he's talking to God?

Were' just ordinary citizens of the galactic federation of sentient beings 
come here to invite you to join.  It only costs everything you have in 
exchange for everything we have.

I think your nice and I think you'le like us, Maia did, and Admaski does as 
do many others.

Call up one of our federation starships that orbits Jupiter on a frequency 
we can hear, we do monitor several television broadcasts despite all the 
rubbish and now we do realise most of it rubbish and you shot yourself in 
the foot, but it does reveal how primitive you are and much of your culture.

You dream of talking to aliens, but basicly were here already and have been 
for thousands of years in an intermittant fashion waiting for the normal 
process of evolution to deliver the goods as a sort of observational 
experiment with the ocassional experimental animal dropped in to see you to 
see how it gets on.

Sorry really but the war we lost against you 10,000 year ago has not been 
forgotton, your treachory and deception and the way you treat our messages 
ofpeace rails us greatly, one of  our leaders, Jesus, was terribly treated 
and we have not forgiven you for what happened however we do not intend to 
take any action at present to neutralise your threat.  As liberators we 
cannot liberate those who are dead. So like all liberating armies, the 
problem: we cannot kill you in order to liberate you.
