Yeah, I jest with the GALACTIC FEDERATION about "can they stop two
galaxies colliding". But from study of astronomy, it seems colliding
galaxies are a good thing, and an exploding sun is a good thing, and
the biggest black holes seem to be at the center of some or all
galaxies, etc.

i.e.
Through destruction and conflict comes creation.

Well, that explains how the Universe we know got so big.

Even down to powerful Humans .... they say ....
"we grow through conflict".

Although, I heard about a quote from one particular book. The author
stated that if ETI exists, they must have mastered negotiation,
debate, wisdom, respect, security, etc, to have been able to survive
to then be able to travel anywhere in this Galaxy.

And it is true, because there is evidence we nearly blew off many
nuclear bombs here on planet Earth.
