It should be so noted, that in the documentary -
The Great Conspiracy - The 9-11 News Special You Never Saw, that much of
the program recalls recent history as to how the US government will covertly 
do underhand operations to do what it sees right to do, in essence, 
that the ends justify the means, with 9-11 being another example of this
mentality.
The US government is not squeaky clean in it's dealings with it's foreign
policies.
