David Parker Ray was sentenced to 224 years in prison at a hearing in
Truth or Consequences Thursday having been convicted of numerous
offenses involving the abduction and sexual torture of three young
women at his Elephant Butte Lake home.
. . . Defense attorney Lee McMillan unsuccessfully argued for
withdrawal of Ray's plea agreement on grounds that Ray was
incompetent to make informed decisions while under the influence of
numerous medications.
. . . Mary Ellen O'Toole, Federal Bureau of Investigation agent in
Virginia and the FBI's foremost expert in the field of investigating
criminal sexual sadism, testified Thursday that examination of Ray's
home, the trailer he had converted into his infamous "toy box" and
the sexual paraphernalia and drawings found there suggest that Ray is a
"criminal sexual sadist."
She said Ray's toy box and custom equipment were extremely impressive
in terms of sexual sadism, their potential lethality and the time,
money and effort it took to keep them a secret.
O'Toole said there is no known therapy for Ray's paraphilia
(psycho-sexual disorder) and that its corresponding behavior can be
stopped only by apprehension.
. . . She said he had reduced his victims to abject terror and thought
of them not as human beings but as "packages." She said Ray posed a
particular danger to the community by enlisting young accomplices. . .
Living and writing in Roswell at the time, one of my contacts working
for the New Mexico State Police had seen some of the evidence files and
was able to actually copy sketches made by David Ray, at that time
awaiting trial. An oft-heard tale unfolded as the sketches revealed the
most common image was that of some form of 'reptilian' raping or
abusing women.
One of my favorite movies as a child growing up in Australia was the
1950's black and white classic, Invaders from Mars.
>From a review: "In the movie, Invaders from Mars, David MacLean is
the son of Dr. George MacLean, a prominent scientist in the fields of
rocketry and atomic power. Late one night, David is awakened by a loud
booming noise and a blinding flash of light. The boy doesn't think
much of it at first but before he can get back into bed, he spots
something hovering over the trees near the sand pit behind his house.
He only sees it for a few seconds before it drops to the ground and
disappears from view, but it certainly looks like a flying saucer.
Jimmy runs to rouse his father, who takes a surprisingly non-dismissive
attitude to the boy's story. After assuring Jimmy that he was, in all
probability, dreaming, but that they will nevertheless go to the sand
pit and investigate in the morning, George MacLean is able to get his
son back to bed. But then George does something very curious indeed. He
tells his wife, Mary that he'll be back shortly, and goes out to the
pit himself!
"When he still hasn't returned come eight o'clock the next
morning, Mary figures something is definitely wrong. She calls the
police to report her husband's disappearance, and in short order, a
pair of cops are out at the sand pit, poking around for any sign of Dr.
MacLean. One of the officers finds a man's slipper in the sand, but
before either he or his partner can do anything to follow up on the
discovery, both men are pulled down into the sand by some powerful
force. George shows up at the house a short while later. There's
clearly something the matter with him, though. Sure, we haven't
exactly had a lot of time to get to know the man, but the George who
returns home from his trip to the pit is practically a zombie. He seems
dazed, confused, and short-tempered, and he acts as though he were
hiding something, snapping viciously at Mary and David when they ask
him where he's been. And when the cops come back to the MacLean house
in another few minutes, they're behaving just as oddly as George.
There's something else all three men have in common, but only David
notices it. On the back of each man's neck, just at the base of the
skull, is a small puncture wound, about the same size as a leech-bite.
George's defensiveness when David asks him how he got this peculiar
injury only adds to the boy's sense that something is very seriously
wrong with his father, as does the obvious lie MacLean tells by way of
explanation. When George orders David off to one of his friends'
houses, the kid is only too happy to oblige.
"One by one, most of the townspeople succumb to this 'sandtrap'
and to the inevitable 'implantation' and overtaking of their mental
faculties.
"What finally makes one rational adult take notice of the child's
theories is the fact that reports of UFO sightings have been
circulating ever since work on a new rocket program began.
"Doctors at the hospital discover that the Martians are controlling
the humans they capture by means of little electronic receivers
surgically implanted in their spinal cords. These receivers also serve
as self-destruct systems, rigged to explode in response to a special
signal from the aliens in the event that their hosts are captured or
have outlived their usefulness. Eventually, it all comes down to a
series of firefights between soldiers and Martians in the network of
tunnels the aliens have dug under the sand, and a desperate attempt to
rescue the heroes while sneaking a bomb aboard the Martian ship.
"The entire movie has the feel of a childhood nightmare- which
those of you who've seen the film will, I'm sure, agree is
especially appropriate in this case. Unlike so many sci-fi and monster
movies with children in the central roles, this movie doesn't use its
child-centric script as an excuse for levity. Instead, Invaders from
Mars focuses on one of the scariest aspects of childhood. The story
hinges on the dependence of children on the competence and
trustworthiness of the adults around them, and posits a situation in
which neither adult competence nor adult trustworthiness can be taken
for granted. David knows something terrible is going on, but he is
powerless to do anything about it by himself, and at first it seems
that the only adults who will believe him are those who have already
fallen victim to the aliens- and they, naturally, have no desire to
see the invasion contained. In the years since this film appeared, the
instinctive refusal of grown-ups to take children seriously has become
a staple of sci-fi and horror movies in which children have major
roles, but it has rarely, if ever, been used to so great an effect as
here."
In the past few years of dealing with the healing work I do, the
alien-colonization and ongoing experimentation on this planet that I
write about, and the general cries for help I get from all over the
world (and beyond)like this one I received recently:

. . . it is rare that I find anyone of a high-level spiritual caliber
who is not implanted, controlled or 'handled' in one way, shape or
form-PARTICULARLY THE WOMEN. It is as if I am living in my own
childhood movie classic, only weirder.
Being a journalist and having degrees in marketing and public relations
I also understand the thousands of ways in which we are manipulated,
controlled, exploited and basically imprisoned by the entire age-old
machinations of the New World Order's Matrix. My books cover the
entire history of this exploitation by not only the reptilians, but
also by their lords and masters as well-those from Orion and the
ultimate planet of darkness, Kochab (the Mormon's Kolob).
After doing some grid work in Mt. Shasta, California, recently, my
colleagues and I were led to go to Reno, NV, but not allowed to stop by
our Guidance. The feeling of the city was terrible, it was as if
everyone in the city was being controlled by some general
'consciousness beam' or other method of exterior mind-control. By
the time we got to Bishop, California, our Guidance has us stop but not
before warning us. It soon became apparent to us that everyone who
stayed in the town for very long got something attached to them that
wasn't in fact them. Everytime my two colleagues went out of the
'protected' hotel room, they would come back in with
'dimensional' entities or Beings attached to their lower spines. It
was if we were living in the Invasion of the Body Snatchers movie, the
scariest one of all to me and one which is already being remade for a
third time to generally wake up the consciousness of the people to
something strange going on around them.
I have always given credit to anyone who gets out of the bed in the
morning and makes it through a day of life as we generally know it.
Once you take into account all the various levels of dimensional
control trying its best to shut us all down and stop the planet from
ascending, then it is amazing that any of us are here at all.
The type of Guidance I work with, 24/7, is difficult at best to deal
with and to maintain, and even more difficult to accomplish in the
first place. It is, however, becoming more and more necessary with each
passing day as we approach the final showdown here on what I like to
call 'Earth-Final Conflict' (with respects to Gene Roddenberry).
More and more it is also necessary for us to take to both heart and to
mind the Spiritual Hierarchy's words that "the only way to get
through the coming days is to continually say to yourself 'I have what
I need for today, I will have what I need for tomorrow.'"
The Order of Skull and Crossbones to which our dearly beloved President
belongs is now the backbone of this type of domination and implantation
on the planet. Described as the traditional pirate's emblem, the skull
and crossbones is the only officially recognized symbol for POISON, as
well as a Freemasonry symbol. Shouldn't we take note from that?

along the way to becoming one of the Illuminati.
If the most common word I hear now from people seeking spiritual
healing work through me is the word 'stuck', then one might first
ask their Guidance, in what ways am I being controlled, or to what
percentage of my Being am I truly in control?

. I do feel stuck at this time and most of it has to do with my own
fears.

steeped in the Matrix most of us are, and to what extent we have little
or no control over just about any aspect of our and our families lives.

Whether it be our mindless pursuit of God through some form of religion
or religious figure, or the complete usurpation of our own will by
giving our power away to any and everything outside ourselves, matters
little. What we need is a complete break from it all, and by that I
don't mean vacation.
It takes willpower, and it also takes the courage to be free, NO MATTER
WHAT ANYONE ELSE AROUND US SAYS OR DOES in order to keep us in our
self-imposed prison. Morpheus tells Neo in the first Matrix movie that
it is those so steeped within the Matrix who will also try to stop you
from being free. Family and peers are those who do not want you to be
free since they themselves have not the courage nor the
self-responsibility to also be free.
The Throat Chakra is the seat of the Higher Will and is the gateway to
the upper Spiritual Chakras. It is located at the bottom of the neck in
the back and in the middle of the throat in the front. The energy of
this Chakra is devoted to communication by both hearing and speaking
and is responsible for the sense of hearing and the psychic ability of
clairaudience. The Old Age Archetype of this Chakra is expressed in two
ways. First, it is represented by the person who is shy, reticent, and
cannot speak the truth of matters because of fear of rejection. Second,
it is represented by the orator, who uses speech and rhetoric to
persuade or manipulate and establish personal authority. The New Light
and New Time Archetype is expressed in the energy of a teacher who
communicates the truth of the Soul as he or she experiences it.
The seat of the Personal Will is located at the thymus just a little
below the throat chakra. The thymus is an organ located in the upper
anterior portion of the chest cavity. The thymus plays an important
role in the development of the immune system in early life, and its
cells form a part of the body's normal immune system. It is most active
before puberty, after which it shrinks in size and activity in most
individuals and is replaced with fat.
Fat meaning laziness! Lack of willpower, the willingness to simply
follow rather than to lead. How we feel about ourselves IS our immune
system and reflects our own personal WILLingness to stand within our
power and take personal responsibility for who and what we are-and
most of all, for what we are here to do!

FEAR blocks everything. As so many spiritual teachings tell us, the
only thing we ever need get rid of is FEAR. For me this meant adopting
the slogan "JUST DO IT!" -for others, the spiritual Guidance
recommends something a little more coarse by saying to yourself "What
the F.ck!" Just do it. What do you really have to lose except your
own fear, your own slavery, and the joylessness of a life half-lived?
