K00ky konspiracy theereez are impervious to facts and logic.  That's
what makes them k00ky.  This late in the game, debunking them is
pointless.  It has already been done, many, many times, far more
thoroughly and eloquently than I could do it, but k00ks ignore all
that, because they're k00ks.

If you were remotely interested in truth, you would have already
realized that the people who keep pushing these ridiculous "theories"
all have their own agendas, which, not coincidentally, almost always
include selling books and videos, and/or attracting listeners to
fringe radio programs.  See, this may come as a surprise, but the more
listeners a show has, the more they can charge for advertising.  If
you want to "follow the money", you have to follow ALL of it, even if
it leads to your favorite conspiracy-monger.
