way to aliens they would have set it up. As they undoubtedly have
SAtrificial Intelligence aliens would be watching our every move.

The logic here is this : Horry can't imagine being sufficiently smart enough 
to invent a computer chip.
Therefore all humanity is not smart enough to invent a computer chip.
