Well the statues are somethng of a mystery to. But not that dificult to make
castings using clay and scale things up I guess.

extremely sophisticated drawings and had an awareness of physical anatomy

Well actually I know what you are saying but  Cubism and many of the things
Picasso did were actually quite sophisticated, because he was looking at
things from many different perpective viewpoints,

yeah right...a statue is far more difficult than a 2d painting,my son is proving this every day.

It's hard to be 100% certain, there is the other theory that the pyramids
were built somewhat earlier by an advanced race that was here before. But it
certainly seems unlikely they were all built by the Ancient Egyptians.
