The problem is Bush isn't the President .  He wasn't elected.

The Constitution specifically required the President to be elected.

Bush was not elected.

Hence, he's an appointed dictator al la fascism.

Not one single person within the US military or intelligence community is
operating within the confines of the Constitution -- they're all criminals
and illegitimate -- knowingly taking orders from a fascist dictator.
