Yes, plans were already set to go ahead, before 9-11.

loyal to the American people.

The reason the Neocons invaded Afghanistan, Iraq and now want Iran, is
because they want to privatize the drug cartel and middle east oil, in
addition to bolstering the US dollar.  The Neocons and certain factions of
The World bank want control of the US dollar and it's resources, and they're
happy to cut out the Rothschilds.
