Back in the '80s I was going to PSU-- Portland State University, in
Oregon-- where I had met a girl who claimed her uncle was Kenneth
Arnold, the guy who coined the name "flying saucers" for UFOs. She
seemed to be a nice girl; not one to lie, and particularly about such
an odd thing as that, but I'm wondering if anyone knows whether Mr.
Arnold had any brothers or sisters that really could have made my
friend his niece? Thanks.
