Apart from all that,

Why, Detective Horry, do yo know how close you are to cracking the case?
I don't know what I'm doing.
It's just a hobby studying about astronomy that extrended into all
that other stuff.
As for cracking the case ..... It's just a space case full of jungle
OUT THERE, with all kinds of things going on.
No big deal.
Earth has been worse than that since Earth's creation I suppose.
