Well, I just Lost my Girl Friend and Her Friends.

She left a note and took off in her car.
To be with her friends that I know well.
Her friends, a bunch of people that looked at my websites and never
wanted anything to do with me. A bunch of people that don't care about
Earth Ecology, Astronomy, Extraterrestrials, The Well Being of People
on Earth, The Future, Intelligence Data, I could go on and on with
other examples.
(Trillions) ;-)

And can I blame them ?

No !

Everything balances out good.

All her friends love studying about biscuits, chocolates, jewelry,
cats, puppies, fashion, flowers, recipes, cartoons, and 'Friends' or
'Coronation St' on TV.

And I agree, that is just wonderful.

But their apathy, and lack of real care, really surprises me.

"Lack of interest or concern, especially regarding matters of general
importance"

OUT THERE information doesn't surprise me.

Most people around me (in this city) do surprise me.

That's why I keep coming back to these groups ...
alt.alien.research,alt.alien.visitors,alt.paranet.ufo,alt.fan.art-bell,sci.skeptic

Because people like HVAC and Guests and Sir Arthur and many other
great folks (too many to mention) do care.

I just thank America and my Father that I was handed a whole bundle of
"How and Why Wonder Books" when I was five years old.

(I had many of those books when I was watching Dr Who on TV just after
men landed on the moon)

P.S.
Then there was ...
"I Dream of Jeannie" (1965) [TV-Series 1965-1970]

Koooweee !!

Sorry to hear about that Horry....

As you know though, there are a lot of fish out in the ocean. You'll
catch
another who has sensibilities more in tune with yours and be more aware of
what is really important..

On another note, I'm happy to be back in the newsgroups again. Moving,
unreliable ISPs and life being a bit unsettled have kept me away.

I'm also happy to see all the usual suspects are still around.

Woodsy

Hi, Woodsy !

Yeah, I've read your posts over the years.
Keep up the good work.
Thanks for your intelligent reply.

I just chat and rant in these newsgroups.
And enjoy the GALACTIC FEDERATION replys.

NewsGroups is a nice invention.
And I think it is better than blogs.

Have a great day !

P.S.
Have you seen "The Secret" ?
http://thesecret.tv

Nope, haven't seen that movie, but did check out the link you've posted. It
looks interesting, so I'll try to get the DVD. That reminds me, there a
book on my bookshelf, "The Big Book of Secrets". I'll have to pull that one
out again.

Snow is falling here now, so that will help pass the time while I wait for
warmer weather.

Also visiting Modemac's site:

Ah...more snow to shovel tomorrow morning.

Hmmm.

Later,

I'll have a look, cheers.
