I had a dream:  "Humans don't get along with the Earth because they are
from Rigel 1. Rigel 1 is 50 parsecs away. One days journey."

  Are there any Rigellians around who can confirm these figures?

  The dream didn't explain why humans emigrated to Earth from Rigel 1. My
hypothesis is that they exterminated all the funny-looking faces, and then
ate all the other forms of life, and  so accidentally created a sterile
planet with a mean surface temperature of 150 degrees, and so - they didn't
get along with Rigel 1 either!

  That seems to satisfy Occam's Razor. The last question is: Is there a
Rigel 1?
