material of nuclear power stations  the first was not made until about 1960

you , my friend , are  either " terribly "  misinformed or just plain
ignorant about generating  enriched nuclear materials in general and
about  nuclear weapons in particular.

perhaps you don't / didn't understand that nuclear power plants 
came about as a civilian evolution ( and by-product )  of  military
weapons breeder reactors .... and that nuclear bombs of all the three
different major types appeared and were tested well before the
evolution of civilian nuclear power generating plants ......... 

perhaps you meant that  ( rather than saying plutonium bombs ) H -
bombs  were not made for years  ( first detonated in  1952 , not
1960 ) ..... I dunno ....... about everything you said is completely
rubbish and totally incorrect.

before you run your mouth, you should engage your brain. 
I suggest that you try to learn and understand the difference between
nuclear weapons ....... basically the differences between
" atomic "  fission bombs  (  uranium and plutonium bombs )  and
the more sophisticated ( and powerful )  hydrogen " fusion " 
thermonuclear type bombs, of which there are hundreds of variants.
