Resurgence of cattle mutilations in northern New Mexico?
Cattle mutilations in northern New Mexico, particularly near Dulce
were prevalent especially during the late 70's and early 80's.   This
latest one, however,  apparently took place just last October in
Canjilon, 18 miles from Dulce, a town well-known with rumors of
alleged underground bio-lab:
