at least at Tehachapi there is some private land that  could have
hidden ( it doesn't ) a base,  which is not even the case at  Dulce.

any underground base , even one that can only handle a few people
( like even a small bomb shelter ) has to have infrastructure.  you
know , stuff like ventilation, plumbing, HVAC, sewage, water , 
maintenance and tons of other types of logistics support.  a large
base like the  fabeled Dulce would have  a huge logistics 
support role. it's a fact that a underground base " cannot " be hidden
from everybody. there have to be some forms of support / logistics
people  and equipment that support it , plain and simple.  no such
infrastructure or logistics activity exists for Dulce. there are half
a dozen   REAL underground bases in the USA , all confirmable by their
infrastructure and all highly secretive , why not concentrate on those
and let the stupid hoax sites ( like Dulce and Tehachapi ) 
die the  graceful death they deserve.  

people , like you, that clearly know absolutely nothing about
underground bases and have NEVER actually been in one ,
go on and on and on , and on and on and on pointlessly
trying to breathe life into mythology.  it's inexplicable, but sadly
true .
