"In this gorgeous skyscape, gas giant Jupiter along with the stars and
cosmic dust clouds of the Milky Way hang over the southern horizon in
the early morning hours as seen from Stagecoach, Colorado, USA."
And just perfect for a destop picture.

Hey, Horry!
You haven't posted an astronomy pic yet that has been less than "Very
Nice."
As a matter of fact some of those photos have been "Wonderfully
Beautiful",
or "Galactically Astounding" or....
Hi there Woodsy !! :)
Yeah, I like the particular pictures that have millions of suns.
The same or similar to the top example.
I slept outside recently on top of and under a few blankets.
And if I put my hands up next to my eyes to block the trees, it seems
like I am in space looking at the Milky Way Galaxy.
It is an awesome experience.
Yes, it is.
I saw the Milky Way one crystal clear night on a boat in the middle of Lake
Erie. That was something...
Yes, even in this big city here in New Zealand, with a lot of street
lights, etc, we can still get a good view of the Milky Way Galaxy some
evenings.
Too much pollution. Light and air polution will allow you to see not much
more than Venus or Mars. On a really clear winter night you might see a few
constellations.
Have a dandy day!
May a thousand flowers bloom !
ALmost sounds like one of those Chinese sentiments.
Heh,
Alfred L. Webre said that to me in a recent email.
And most people would say "weird",
but actually it is a very nice saying.
Yes, folks .... good, nice, loving, honest, wonderful, special,
happy, kind, caring, intelligent, beautiful things in the near future
are going to seem "weird", for just a few moments until you see the
truth.
Yes, I'm going to say it ..... "The Truth Will Set You Free".
Free = Free from Idiocy.
Perhaps just free from ignorance. Idiocy is pretty strong.
P.S.
Have a great future.
The great thing about the future is not knowing what it holds for us.
Friendship with trillions of different species of intergalactic
extraterrestrials.
