But why couldn't he just video a car, and a car engine, and a
computer, and the house, etc.

like that. I mean it seems he has a nice house, wife, and child.

Whoa, I just thought of something about that video.
Aliens or Humans could destroy this whole planet in a flick of a
switch.
i.e. If they sent out a powerful radio wave on that frequency,
they could burn up all the oceans  !!

Now we can see another reason why certain 'Powers That Be' kept a lid
on certain inventions. Because it really is a National and
International Security Concern.

It's taken us 50,000 years to get to where we are now. And some back
yard twiddling tinkering fellow could accidentally blow the whole show
up.
