Last night FOX & Friends mentioned about a 500,000,000 dollar
government grant to a company developing a car that runs on water.

Making H2 oe H2O2 from a base of plain old water plus a good amount of
applied electrons is still every bit as doable as ever. (little if any
invention required)

H2O2 is however the absolute holy grail of near zero pollution, with
zero Nox and otherwise contributing as little CO2 as possible
(depending on wehatever fossil or bio fuel is added to the mix.  H2O2
is also representing an extremely good amount of energy density, so
that it doesn't take up all that much volume in order to derive the
stored energy, especially if reacting along with aluminum.

We also need to remember how will those smart Zions made h2o2 work for
Hitler.
