And what the fluff is going on at the U.N.Bali thing  ........ they
are arguing and crying ....... I mean FOX TV had the water car
information on it, so why isn't the 'U.N. Bali Save The Planet' thing
talking about the water car.

There would be no "arguing and crying" if we had not allowed the
USA to become the last "Superpower"... but have no fear this will
all end soon after the crash of the USD.

The "water car" does not work because you cannot "burn" water
you can only burn hydrogen. And to produce hydrogen you must
invest a lot of energy first.
