Did you know that here is an "ET-technique" that allows to induce
some other peoples experiences as a very personal "reality" on
someone that they want to suffer (or enjoy) the same?
I was told, they use it for reasons of "punishment"/education of
criminals. The idea is to let every perpetrator go through all the
feelings that his or her victims had to suffer.
Now let us consider the special cases Bush, Rumsfeld, Cheney ..
can you imagine how long that will take to let them go through
each and everyone's sufferings? All the torture and killings they are
responsible for?
