In the articles a few weeks back relating to Plasma Weapons and the
use of weather as a weapon ( http://groups. yahoo.com/ group/
4truthseek ers/message/ 3026 ) it specifically stated -"Tesla claimed
in 1908 that he could hit any antipodean planetary city with an
enormous E/M energy pulse delivered in micro seconds that would
"create an explosion equivalent to more than the power of the extant
World navy's combined Dreadnought Battleship broadsides" (i.e. a huge
force similar to that of a nuclear explosion) from just such a
device.

"Therefore it would appear that the US Exmouth Tx site contains a
"Tesla" or "scalar" E/M weapon system - which has been active since
about 1969 ....... i.e. in time to conduct the 1970 and younger tests
that we see evidence of due east of there in the Great Sandy Desert as
many grid rows of 10km spaced earthquakes - looking like a chess board
- each of 3 to 5 Richter power."

This appears very much what's going on with Reno, NV. When I ask
Guidance about it They're very tight-lipped but said that Reno is 'a
targeted city." When I pursue it a little further the list of cities
I
come up with that are also 'targeted' are Portland (the city They've
always said was one of the most dangerous), Kansas City, Brownsville,
Tx, Detroit, and cities along the panhandle of Florida. In New Zealand
it would be Auckland. In Australia it would be various parts of
Tasmania and west of Melbourne in Victoria. And yes there are more.

At the end of Volume 4 of my series the Spiritual Hierarchy pointed
out that the use of HAARP could endenger the entire world:

"One of the key elements of this entire book has been how we and the
grid system (of the planet and of the Universe) can be used to either
aid us in our evolutionary process�or to control both us and the
planetary evolution. This is what the New World Order is seeking to do
with weapons using Tesla technology such as HAARP (High Frequency
Active Auroral Research Program . The Spiritual Hierarchy want above
all to let them know they do not know the powers with which they are
dealing, and that they endanger the whole planet's future in the
foolish use of the very deadly weapons. Just as the scientists
admitted when they exploded the first atom bomb that they didn't know
whether or not they would ignite the whole atmosphere, so too do these
same Atlantean scientists reincarnated now � not full understand what
they can do to the planet by using such energy weapons. And once
again, they put us all in danger."

Weather now has become the ultimate weapon as we're finding out every
day as new and more deadly type of storms attack the population on the
planet. Whatever's going on in Maryland right now is a major source of
this problem and needs to be dealt with very, very soon, and shall.

Thanks for pointing this out, Mike, it's one more clue to what's
actually taking place on the planet right now that only goes hand in
hand with the stepped up media blitz on the chaos taking place around
the world, the rising oil prices, the 'panic' over food supplies etc.
etc. As everything has pointed to and as the many volumes explain this
is the targeted time for the New World Order's Great Plan to come to
fruition and every attempt is being made tos top the planet's
ascension process or destroy it in the process. Does anybody else
think it's about time to take things a little more seriously in terms
of the spiritual work we all came here to do?

Many thanks for the opportunity to again address the group as a
collective and each individual.

Time is running out and We are afraid that many will start to remove
themselves from Gaia over this next year. This has already been seen
in Burma.

It was not so long ago the people of Burma were campaigning against
the running of their country and now you can see the leaders have
their hands full trying to keep peace and distribution of power. What
a lovely lesson.

This can also be said of the western world. Unbeknown to most the
powerful corporations are struggling to balance their books,
employment is at a low, jobs will start to be lost and public dis-
satisfaction will be rife, but who will stand and voice their concern?

Will you?

Will you tell your neighbours you are unappy with the country and the
leaders, or will you find a corner and go back to sleep hoping
somebody else will sort out your children's drug addictions and lack
of a future?

The time is coming when those that need to stand, must stand and at
the least to voice their dis-satisfaction with the current way life
has become, only this will start to raise questions and change the
general consciousness of those around. Then like a ripple word will
grow that things must change, love must be put first not money and
greed.

How can you walk past the poor and homeless and smile, is this not a
reflection of the society you have become?

Where has the love of each other gone?

The societies you all live in will start to self destruct soon as they
are based on power and greed. Love is the only way to replace them. Do
not panic and worry,but act, show love to your neighbours, real love
not the false smile that has become endemic in society. As those you
smile at feel your love they will change from the inside out and they
will start to do the same. In the coming days those that hold on will
drown with the sinking ship, it's your choice.

We love you all and will always respect your decision. Those in this
group have all contracts in place to make a difference and change
things as needed.

Now is the time to fulfil this contract and change the planet from the
inside out. Time is running out, things will become very difficult for
a while, loved ones, but a smile and love will be your only saviour.
Do not hold on to the 3D world you have been born into, this will soon
be a piece of your history human being.

Dear One,

As quiet it may seem so is it as busy on a cosmic level. The pressure
is really up as you can feel in your energy and physical system.
Please keep connecting as now these communications become more and
more important for you and all.

Make sure you do everything you can do to take care for your health as
you are being bombarded with unhealthy manipulations, so also bombard
yourself with healthy ones. Don't get angry about people that are
ridiculing you or don't want to be awake, see them, with respect, as
little kids that are in their puberty, you know... that state you also
still have now and then...

Also practice more creativity and laugh some more, don't get buried
under the work or seriousness of the reality of this time; as you on
Earth like to say "keep the vibe up." Yes indeed keep the vibe up!

Controlled Chaos

Dear One,

We want to talk about what is going to happen very soon with the
darkside having targeted several cities for earthquakes and other
seevere waether phenomenon. These will be perceived as natural but
they are being artificially produced by very sophisticated weaponry.
As We told Peter earlier Portland, OR, and Kansas City, MO, are among
the targeted cities.

This is to help create the chaos that will cause widespread fear and
panic among the majority of the population. It will also cause many to
become homeless therefore needing the shelter and protection of the
government. These people will be herded into so called `temporary
camps'. These camps will take on the organization and structure of a
small city, well-controlled and completely run by those in charge.

People will need to work to earn their keep and all those living there
will be told what and how to be. Everyone will go along with it
thinking it is temporary. But it is not intended to be temporary as
new and bigger disasters will only serve to open more of these
`temporary' camps. Places have already been prepared for this.

Their plans are still to thin the population to those who are young
and strong and willing to give up their freedom for the security of
the NWO. It is not hard to get people to go along with a new and
`improved' program if they are already in a state of shock and despair
from overwhelming losses. The NWO will come in as saviors from the
`natural' disasters they themselves will have created; just like 911
only on a much larger national scale.

The rise in the cost of food and fuel is strictly artificial. First it
is intended to squeeze more money from everyone, but it is also
intended to rob people of their power and to keep people in one place;
to herd them into the cities and keep them isolated in their own city.
It is also intended to keep people focused on their own survival which
brings out the worst in even the nicest people.

We have had you all stocking up on food and other necessities to help
prepare you for what is coming. We do not want you to get caught up in
the rampage of fear and rage that will sweep across this country very
soon. Stay connected at all times and trust We will guide you through
your daily life. Surrender to Service to Creation and Higher Will is
the only way to be able to help yourselves, those you love and those
who will be led to your for your help.

few days are a mere sampling of what's on the horizon. A global
communist revolution is expected with racial wars breaking out here in
the US to complicate the issue.

5. Wars�There have always been wars, especially in the Middle East.
Yet, that war will increase and draw in the rest of the world. Every
country in the world will be entrenched in a war of some kind.

6. A Universal Bankruptcy�The global markets are on the verge of
collapse and it won't take much to send the financial world and the
rest of us into a panic. This will be especially true when Wall Street
does its final dive.

7. Confusion�Encompasse d with this sign will be the stress and fear
resulting from more severe natural disasters, terrorist attacks and
financial chaos. To top it off, we will see the UFO invasion.
