I even know nice friendly businessmen that would do it too for a

But on the other hand, I'd say some Russian mafia would like money,
and power, and women or men, and control, etc, ... but I bet they
would not want their country flooded with fake medicines!!!

No wonder, possibly, some powers on Earth, want to cut the population
down by 90%.

Those on Venus may not have interplanetary capability.  At least thus
far there's no good reasoning to think such is the case.  However,
actual interstellar capable ETs may in fact have been there and here
as well.
