Thats a rediculous figure. The rate is usually twice what the 
governement reports...so if they claim 7% unemployment then its really 
closer to 14%.
But I'm counting the people who have stopped looking for work.
An unemployment rate of 30% or higher will cause Global Economic 
Meltdown syndrome.
