	Those disc shaped UFOs, don't actually fly, they are STATIC, quite
similar to the Philadelphia experiment and DE Eldridge 173 with the DE
Engstrom relay.........or any other Tesla Coil craft.

	There are a lot of UFOs that "fly", but they can't do as good as
the STATIC *Disc* contraptions.... 

	The USA has built some 122 of these Disc Tesla Coil crafts, but I
don't know about their active performance, some are even clear......like a
starfish....maybe there's a similarity there too.
