Simply stated the Antimatter Hypothesis postulates parity between
matter and antimatter in the universe. I examine the implications in

Part 1 lays out antimatter principles and examines near Earth
anomalies that support the Antimatter Hypothesis. Antimatter meteors
in Earth's atmosphere would be rare, short lived phenomena converting
matter and antimatter into ionizing gamma radiation consistent with
reports of unidentified flying objects not easily confused with matter
meteors. Ball lightning is a prime example. A postulated antigravity
property of antimatter is consistent with observed behavior of
probable antimatter meteors.

Part 2 examines Antimatter Cosmology. Antimatter with antigravity
properties leads to a Cyclical Cellular Cosmological model. Black
holes form in one of two states: matter or antimatter. Pair production
within matter black holes emits relativistic antineutrons, whereas
pair production within antimatter black holes emits relativistic
neutrons. The abundance of cosmic hydrogen and nucleosynthesis is
explained with no need for a Big Bang.

Black holes give birth to galaxies from the inside-out. Rural black
holes grow in succession into globular clusters, dwarf galaxies, and
elliptical galaxies. Urban black holes, with accretion disks, produce
jets and grow in succession into barred spiral, spiral, and elliptical
galaxies. Some stars within galaxies become black holes continuing the
path of reproduction. The repulsive force between gravity and
antigravity gives rise to an expanding fractal universe. Matter and
antimatter leapfrog each other every other galactic generation, which
explains the apparent disparity between matter and antimatter in the
Milky Way galaxy.

Cosmic images illustrate logical inconsistencies with conventional
cosmology that are consistent with Cyclical Cellular Cosmology and the
Antimatter Hypothesis.
