Please allow me to introduce myself, I am one of the senior
coordinators of the new gathering called, "UFO Info Weekend". In the
past our business organized a wide variety niche events and
conventions on a national and sometimes global level. Normally we deal
with the Sci-Fi, Comic Book, Anime, Fantasy, Horror, Video Gaming and
RPG events.

Our goal is to have our event at a unique location that coincides with
some type of an event all UFO / Astronomy / Sci-Fi enthusiast would
love to see or do or take part in. With that in mind our event is set
to be held at a hotel close to NASA's Kennedy Space Center the weekend
of a Shuttle space launch, normally the best anyone could hope for
would be to see this on TV or via the Internet but now this weekend
you can not just see it but be a part of it too!

Our event is intended to have 2500+ people joining us, catering to the
serious side of the UFO view as well as taking lighthearted crack at
the fiction, the fantasy, the media, movies and the government have
portrayed to the public.

If you are wondering what makes our event one you want to go to here
are just a few of the fun and serious things that we have planned for
the weekend. Thursday night we plan on having a Shuttle Discovery
launch and luau party. While we have UFO guest speakers, we will also
have special guests that have been involved in UFO inspired TV and
Movies. Our Friday night cocktails party will include a best footage
montage with a live ambient music. Our Saturday night dinner will also
be hosted by a very special comical X-Files(TV) guest who is truly a
fan of the UFO truth. During the day there will be multiple panels and
Q&A sessions that attendees can go to, we also will have for those who
have written books like, "book reading and autographing by the saucer"
schedule and you will even be able to pre-order your books so they are
ready to be signed.

I would truly appreciate it if you could make other group members
