This product has a weak motor and even touching your face slows the rotation to such an extent that it is worthless.
I've had this over a week and used it 3 times so far.  After the first use I noticed my face was almost completely smooth.  I had a few dry patchey spots and the brush attachment took care of about 90% right then.  I wanted to use it the very next night but it says to only use 2-3 times a week so sadly I waited.  Now after the 3rd time my face is very soft to the touch!  It works great!  
I bought it mainly because of the reviews on here and thought I'd add to the positive opinions.  I haven't quite figured out the pore extractor attachments yet but it may be that my black heads aren't big enough to suck out.  My main issue was the dry skin.  And that is all taken care of now!  Not only does it feel softer but I've noticed I have more of an even skin tone even without makeup.
The product arrived just as pictured & works fine.  I use it often & as long as the batteries are charged good it scrubs very well, getting off all the old dry skin.  I'm using rechargeable Sanyo Enloop batteries I got on Amazon. They hold a charge & last a good long time before needing a recharge.  I'm pleased with the products performance &  don't have any complaints.  The suction feature is nice but I haven't tried it yet. 
This was a gift for my daughter-in-law for Christmas, but didn't find what I was looking for in time. So when I found this I went ahead and ordered it for her Birthday in April. So I am unable to rate this, at this time.

I bought one for myself about 4 yrs. ago, from Revlon, that is rechargeable instead of batteries, for around $30. That is what I wanted for her, but could not find a rechargeable in my price range.
I've only used it a couple of times so far but it is much better quality than any ones that are in department and drug stores. Worth the money versus going to a spa and paying them.
