1) We have all been afforded proof positive that there is virtually NO
ET life extant for, if there were, they'd've already submitted their
financial bailout package requests to Washington.

2) On the subject of theory-embeddedness and culture-boundedness
[read: SETI], we performed a similar experiment albeit more
terrestrially based in scope.  In order to determine if there were any
intelligent, humanoid life-forms in the Australian outback, for the
space of one Entire Solar Year we beamed Cable-TV signals STRAIGHT AT
THEM and yet NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THEM *EVER* mailed us in a check for
the service!

I am telling you The Truth(tm) here!

Therefore, we may logically conclude that there are NO intelligent,
humanoid life-forms in the Australian outback.
