approval and help.  The technology is far, far beyond your ability to be
able to develop in the short time you have left.

The truth is any extraterrestrial space facing species capable of 'faster
than light' space travel has had help from the most advanced ET
species, otherwise they wouldn't have survived.

There is no way possible that you can save yourselves without help.
