If I were the Rothschilds, Seans, DARPA, Skull and Bones or most any
number of kosher faith-based government agencies that needed all the
positive hype, spin and mainstream damage control as I could muster, I
most certainly would seek out and hire the likes of Sir Gilligan Horry
to be doing exactly what he/she has been doing (making everything
about UFOs, crop circles and ETs look rather silly/clownish and
unprofessional).

Sometimes you simply can not train a good spook or mole to accomplish
what a natural born brown-nosed and often redneck clown can manage all
on their very own.
