As long as you have access to Google Groups and their version of
Usenet/newsgroups, there's no valid reason that you can't e-publish it
right here within your own private Usenet group that you can name
"Stepping-Stones" or whatever.
Go for it. Later on it can be made to look as fancy as you like.
btw; I totally agree with your ETs seeding of Earth with their
relatively modern human species, not that similar species and much
other complex biodiversity didn't already exist.
