I just got back from a day out.

I went to a butcher for some poultry.
And bought some bananas.
But mainly I'm on a diet after bulking up
during my bicep injury six months ago.

Last nights meal was olives, whole grain bread and sardines.

This Sunday morning I was listening to Future Theater Radio.
 (Nothing much to mention here about it)

I will keep in contact.
