It surprised me, but I was meditating on B. Obama the other day, and
B. Obama would do exactly that, according to the info I got meditating
on it for five minutes. He is in possession of classified U.F.O.

The country that comes in first with these technologies, are the ones
that will be the first ones out there mining, and getting themselves
and their buddies rich.

We have a new space race, every body, and no one is going to talk

comes to mining resources in our universe, and we have a long ways to
go before we catch up with them?

Sightings of extra terrestrials are going to be on the increase, and
you know why? We have let the rest of the universe know that we have
space travel technologies, by flying around outside our planet's
atmosphere, and inside our own stratosphere, our activities have been
logged and now that they know that we know about the technologies for
interstellar space flight, it is up to them to let us know that they
have a universal system set up that we will one day have to comply
with.

That means, we can not go out and do as we like, for example, mine any
planet we find and call it fair game. There are rules in place, and
the ET's will increase their communication attempts with us, until
they finally find a way to communicate with us.

At that time, we will be told about all the new rules that we will
have to abide by, as universal citizens to live peacefully and in
harmony with every one else in this universe living by the codes or
rules set down by the universal governing body of planets, sort of
like a galactic consortium but on a much bigger scale.

This will be the begining of a whole new era. Though the CIA, FBI, and
all of the 21 secret spy agencies, think they can set things up their
own way, they won't be allowed to because there is a universal
governing body, and we must comply with the rules of it, to stay in
good standing.

We lose points for not complying with the unversal governing body, and
eventually, technologies exchanges are cut off.

This is a transition time, from baby, to toddler, to child, to teen
ager, to adult, to wise old person. Eventually, our government will
learn it is in their interests to comply with the universal governing
body, and will eventually give in. The governments of the world will
all follow suit, and then once every one is on board, then information
exchange will begin. However. Technology exchange won't begin for some
time to come as that is irreversible, and until we have proven we are
going to fly right and fly by the rules, then and only then will
technologies exchanges begin.

Of course, who knows what will happen when the next global ice age
occurs.

Anyway, Obama has really nothing to say in this matter of the
universal government, as it is an ongoing subject for us, and it won't
be for years until it finally gets resolved.
