You are a "believer" I take it. You need to be more discriminating
both in your beliefs AND in your choice of Sci Fi movies. District 9
was a 3 star or perhaps if you really reach a 4 star sci fi flick.(out
of 5) Not "awesome". You need to get out fo the basement more!

The "alien" in the youtube clip is NOT from the movie (which had some
not bad alien animation) but is supposedly a medical photo from some
birth defect child (claimed by one responder to be from depleted
uranium).

If you are going to get involved with governments, you might as well
learn right now that governments lie their asses off and put MUCH fake
disinformation out there to cover all the real stuff. You think you
can solve a murder buy just asking around as to who admits to the
killing?   Grow up!
