It's exceptionally odd that the Rothschild genetics appeared on Earth

We really don't have the archeological evidence to support that.
All of the findings point to once continuous race of hominoids, which
may have been genetically altered over time by either visiting
extraterrestrial civilizations, or more likely the current ET
civilization which has Earth under observation.

If you were trying to create a new species of sentient beings, how
precisely would you go about it?  Or more precisely, if you found 
a new species of genetically created sentient beings which were ill
equipped to survive, what would you do?

Wrong.  Due the fact that the Universe is constantly recycling itself,
you have no way of EVER knowing how old the Universe is.
