I can't get over how funny that is.

It's hysterically funny to think that George Bush or anyone else could
believe they can match the technology of an extraterrestrial
civilization which is billions or years old.

None -- at soon as they thought of doing that, they'd be gone --

What happens when they miss? 

The US government and others have shot at ET craft, sometimes with
disastrous results.  Human beings do not have the reaction time that
