It's because I live simple and tidy.
Also semi-packed in-case I have to rush off to another city soon.

That earthquake was "unexpected".
And "not a known fault line".

This region gets a bigger quake than the 7.1 quake every 300 years,
and it's due now. Maybe 8.1 or 8.5
