Deconstructing Our DNA � Scalar Warfare and the Death of Humanity  -
Part 9

In a 12-part series of articles Guidance recently had me write on
"Triggering Cell Immunity -   Scalar Warfare, Pandemics and Soul
Signatures" it dealt with this very attack on the DNA structure. Here
is an excerpt from part 1 that helps one understand how subtle this
war can be:

Scalar Warfare, Pandemics and Soul Signatures � Part 1

Yesterday I was priviliged to watch a scalar wave maker at firts hand,
created by a  local Being who acts as a multi-dimensional 'antenna'
for various types of purposes. Not fully understanding its processes,
I went back ove rmy references to scalar warfare in the 9-volume
history of the New World Order I have written. Something, however,
jumped out at me from the following excerpt on scalar wars that
related to something far more recent -- the H1N1 swine flu pandemic
and things the Spiritual Hierarchy had had me write about of its
effects on our soul signatures:

1.      A POSSIBLE SCALAR WAR SCENARIO

The following seems like science fiction, but scalar beam weapons were
invented in 1904 by a American immigrant genius called Nicola Tesla
(1856 or 57 -1943) from Yugoslavia. Since he died in 1943, many
nations have secretly developed his beam weapons which now further
refined are so powerful that just by satellite one can: make a nuclear
like destruction; earthquake; hurricane; tidal wave; cause instant
freezing - killing every living thing instantly over many miles; cause
intense heat like a burning fireball over a wide area; induce hypnotic
mind control over a whole population; or even read anyone on the
planet's mind by remote; affect anybody's REM dream sleep by sending
in subliminal pictures to the visual cortex; cause hallucinagon drug
like effects or the symptoms of chemical or biological poisoning; make
a disease epidemic by imprinting the disease 'signature' right into
the cellular structure; paralyze and or/kill everyone instantaneously
in a 50 mile radius and lastly remove something right out of its place
in time and space faster than the speed of light, without any
detectable warning by crossing 2 or more beams with each other and any
target can be aimed at even right through to the opposite side of the
earth. If either of the major scalar weapon armed countries e.g. U.S.
or Russia were to fire a nuclear missile to attack each other this may
possibly not even reach the target, because the missile could be
destroyed with scalar technology before it even left its place or
origin. The knowledge via radio waves that it was about to be fired
could be eavesdropped and the target could be destroyed in the bunker,

In an article entitled Nutmeg and Conspiracy, Guidance recently had me
write: "More than anything the best way to describe a virus is as an
energy signature, a marker of sorts, one that can attach itself to
anything of equal or lower vibration than itself. Virus energy
signatures from my experience in the healing room disappear when the
organism host raises its vibration on a consistent basis above the
level of the virus.

"Now who does all this work of creating such things as AIDS and H1N1
etc. Well there are almost 700 articles on my website that can give
you some background to that. The leadership of the 'dark side' has
been more or less crippled over the past few years though the body of
the darkside forces still remain. Those such as the Orions which are
the base for the darkside in this corner of Creation still remain
intact and with strong connections to their lackeys here on Earth.
They are also constantly in tune with what's taking place on this
planet and though their plans to stop the ascension process of the
planet have failed, the majority of the planet's population is still
'up for grabs' since most are not going along with the ascension
process.

"Soul signatures are written about in my works in many places. We all
have one that is unique and identifies us throughout eternity as that
original creative spark we were when we emerged from Source. It is the
way the darkside knows who we are and what level of being we are and
even down to what our strengths are that we brought into the planet in
order to complete our missions in this ongoing war.

"By 'tagging' the soul signatures of the lower level Beings with the
markers piggybacking on the pandemic H1N1 virus, the Orions can then
track or follow our progress as so many leave the planet in the coming
few years as the ascension process continues and as the Earth changes
grow more deadly.

"Yes, the war for planet Earth is pretty much over. The grander battle
to take back control of this darkened corner of Creation is now just
beginning to take shape. Simple things such as nutmeg to help erase
this tagging of our Light-processing DNA with such an energy signature
is just one more step for those Light-warriors serious about their
work here and serious about pursuing it until no more is there such
self-willed darkness threatening the processes of the FATHER's
creation."

It's never easy to comprehend all that Guidance is sharing in the
writings but somehow, just as the article The Coming Pandemic' was
written more than a year before the appearance of H1N1, as more pieces
of the puzzle are gathered the picture falls more and more into place.

Like something out of Erin Brokovich's worst nightmare and echoing the
remarks of Dr. Russell and Dr. Schweitzer,  the more obvious face of
the scalar warfare using radiation is blowing up in all our faces as
the rate of cancers around the world have skyrocketed out of control
until it is very difficult to get any real fact-based number for its
spread. Suffice to say that growing up in Australia in the 1950s and
60s I didn't know a single person with cancer let alone anyone who
died from it. These days, in some areas I've been to, it's very
difficult to find anyone who hasn't got some form of cancer or to find
a family where someone has'nt died from the `dis-ease'.

Do the 55 million reptilians in `human form'in the United States
manifest cancer at a lesser rate than do say the native American
Pleiadeans? I can't statistically prove anything, but I bet you they
do. They certainly don't seem to be as affected by the chemtrails as
say I or someone else of a different vibration do. Some don't seem to
be affected at all by them.

The decision by members of the local spiritual hierarchy to use this
planet for an experiment in 'evolution', an experiment of blending the
many and varied universal types of civilization into one 'more-
capable' type of Being, has failed of its own accord, but certainly
has not been helped by the various and sundry `dark' aliens who
meddled with the experiment almost from the very beginning.

The initial idea was to take a number of life-forms from one
civilization, plant some of them on the planet, and then let them
acclimatize. At periodic times after that, DNA from other
civilizations in other star systems would be added to this original
group either through reproductive intervention or by mating with the
species. (If this sounds like 2001: A Space Odyssey, you will begin to
understand how creative people are fed ideas from out of their deepest
subconscious resources in order to bring about the truth of the Light
and Sound).  Nothing on the scale of what was to be tried on Earth had
ever been attempted before, however.

"We do not interfere in the civilizations. Those twenty-four
civilizations joined with us to bring about the plan for Planet Earth
that was conceived by all of us in the beginning. In truth the Council
and the Twenty-Four developed and created what was necessary on Planet
Earth in order for humanity to live on it when it was ready. We
continue to work with this, but our wish is that you humans will now
take responsibility for your own

Part of this grand Earth experiment was to see in what manner the
original race that was not seeded at the time [the indigenous black
tribes such as the Aborigines] would evolve in comparison with those
that had colonized. After a period of time, because they came from
civilizations that had perhaps more technology or different kinds of
developed intelligence, those that colonized often began to feel they
were superior to the native races. They saw them as 'inferior' because
they had evolved more from this planet than the others. Often, too,
these colonizers contrived to dominate the original races and their
homelands. The remnants of this attitude can still be seen in society
today. It was the beginnings of 'elitism' and the racial prejudice
thing we now know today.

Since these different races did not get along `out there' in the
Universe, the experiment was ill-conceived. With the addition of power-
hungry races such as the Orions and Sirians, and the manipulation of
DNA outside the experiment by the Annunaki, the experiement got
completely off-track and, like the metaphorical representation of
these events by H.G. Wells in his The Island of Dr. Moreau, the
experiment is about to be shut down. There is no cavalry coming to
save us this time, no upgrades, no DNA-boosters. As the Nine say, it
is about time we each take responsibility for what we are and for the
planet as a whole, and very, very few of us can even do one of these
things let alone both.
