Obama is traveling around the world as you read this, apologizing
to every nation on Earth for the misdeeds of this terrible country
of ours.  We had the audacity to interfere and end two world
wars at a terrible loss of lives, we forced the former USSR to
spend itself out of existence and we paid for the re-building
of Japan and Germany (the Marshall Plan). So yes, we were
bad boys in the past and I sincerely hope that we can stop
from interfering the next time a country gets attacked if our
obsequious leader hasn't apologized for something or another
yet.

Oh yea, regarding the military buildup of the Chinese and the
re-building of the Russian forces, Obama's new plan consists
of offering the other cheek.  That ought to scare them.
