Super, I overcame my jet lag by staying up for two or three days :-)

That's how I beat a rare headache, I shake my brain back and forth.

Yesterday I only had one tin of sardines with a small packet of
noodles and a vitamin pill. And I had a fast hard long walk.

People mostly eat too much, same with casual sex :-)

I just do not get hungry, with this mind over matter diet and long
hard walks.

However, I can't sleep at night.

It's funny. If I don't eat, I don't get hungry.

That's not funny at all, that's the rule. And that is why you should
not do it without at least some medical advice. E.g., you might lose
to much salt.
